Our founder, a dedicated off-road engineer, faced his darkest hour during a remote expedition. The heavily marketed, premium-brand winch he paid a fortune for failed completely when it mattered most—vehicle stuck deep in mud, night falling—due to motor overheating and gear slippage.The frustration and helplessness of that moment ignited a resolve:
“Why was I paying for huge advertising budgets and layers of dealer markups? Why wasn't that cost invested into a more powerful motor, stronger gears, and more reliable cable instead?”
